How do I refer a friend?

Use the form above to submit your friend's contact details, or generate your personal shareable referral link and send it directly to them. Each referred friend who registers for their Week VIP Pass earns you entries.

How are entries counted?

You get 1 entry when your friend starts their one-week trial, 2 additional entries if they sign up for a membership, and 3 additional entries if they purchase personal training — up to 6 entries per friend.

Who qualifies for the grand-prize draw?

The 16 members with the most entries at the end of the campaign make the leaderboard and enter the weighted grand-prize draw. Your final ranking sets your odds (see the odds table above).

What does everyone else get?

Every member who refers at least one friend receives a free Sandcastle shaker cup — guaranteed. Additional prizes (t-shirts, custom programs, gift cards) are also awarded through random draws.

When does it run?

The campaign runs from August 1 to November 1, 2026. The leaderboard locks after November 1 and winners are drawn shortly after.
